Due to the period of the pandemic, We are being very flexible with final payment dates on a case by case basis. We do of course advocate getting insurance coverage asap after booking ( and all travel insurers are offering covid terms., but in the event of a cancellation due to Covid- then we will offer to either postpone the trip or pay a refund. 

We want to reassure clients that any money which is paid to the company for a trip is kept in a client account and not touched until the trip is due to depart.
